We have introduced the Fault Injection Board which allows the user to manually inject faults into a physical layer of a differential bus. With the help of swiches and potentiometers, it is possible to simulate errors such as a missing termination resistor, shorted differential signals (CAN_L to CAN_H) between each other or to Gnd or Vdd, open CAN_L/CAN_H/Gnd/Vdd signals and more. The board is compatible wih CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, RS-485, LIN bus and other networks with the standard pinout of D-SUB9 connector.
